1. Eligibility for Refunds

2. Non-Refundable Cases

- You requested a refund after 15 days.
3. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks & Abuse
- Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension.
